New Rail Connection at Battleship Wharf
Tata Steel Projects provided all the necessary multidisciplinary consultancy support for Port of Blyth’s new rail connection. The port needed this new facility for the transport of, initially, 0.5m tonnes of coal per annum from their quay at Battleship Wharf to Yorkshire Power Stations. It had to be ready 12 months later.
