Soffit

The Catnic® Urban Soffit plank sits perpendicular to the fascia, or runs parallel to the wall to enhance your buildings aesthetic appearance. Its tongue and grove edge allow it to fit tightly together, the secret-fix fastenings concealed to provide an uninterrupted soffit line. The versatility of soffit planks allows them to be used as wall cladding.

Soffit planks are available in a variety of girths/sizes up to 300mm deep, determined by the size of the soffit area, and come in 3m lengths as standard. The soffit plank is fitted to boards on the rafters. The soffit clamp is used as a joining and starter piece.

For example a 200mm deep soffit requirement would be one plank at 200mm, or a 300mm deep requirement would be made up of would be made up of two planks at 150mm each.

Wall Plank

The Catnic® Urban wall plank offers a robust rainscreen, giving added protection to your building. A flat panel appearance is created from the engineered gap between each panel, where the secret-fix securing is concealed. The wall plank, when used as a cladding, can be fitted horizontally or vertically.

Wall planks are supplied in sizes up to 400mm deep, and come in 3m lengths as standard, making them ideal for use as large fascia. The wall plank is fastened to a boarded surface.

For more challenging roof applications, skilled installers can mould the wall plank around corners on site. This along with our corner trims, starter and finishing capping will give a neat and professional finish to your project.

Weatherboard plank

Catnic® Urban offers a long-life weatherboard plank that is quick and simple to fit and erect over wall surfaces. The weather board is installed using a secret-fix system where the top plank interlocks with the lower plank. Made from recyclable material the weatherboard is maintenance-free.

Weatherboard planks are available in 100mm, 150mm and 195mm depths. Supplied as standard in 3m lengths, shorter 1.5m length are also available. The weatherboard planks can be fitted to counter battens.

Our jointing details will add the finishing touches to the weatherboard system.
