<p><strong>Manufactured with care</strong></p> <p>We manufacture Advantica® GM using a hot-dip galvanized substrate to EN 10346. Following a pre-treatment, an anti-corrosive primer is applied. A smooth polyester topcoat is applied on top of the primer. The nominal total organic coating thickness is 25µm.</p> <p>The reverse side of the product has a backing coat which provides excellent adhesion to most forms of adhesive and insulation.</p> <p><strong>Forming and processing</strong></p> <p>Advantica® products can be formed and processed with various techniques including: cutting, shearing, notching, piercing, slitting, press braking, folding, roll forming, spinning and deep drawing.</p> <p><strong>Cleaning and maintenance</strong><br/> As there are so many different sorts and sources of cleaning products on today’s market, recommendations regarding use of the product is the responsibility of the detergent manufacturer.
