Electrical Engineers

Process Control and Automation Engineers

As a Process Control & Automation (PC&A) Engineer, you will use your knowledge of application computers, software, control and instrumentation technology to maintain our plants’ optimum performance.

It is mission-critical work, ensuring that operational standards remain consistently high, that downtime is minimised and that efficiency is maximised.

You will provide expert support, analysing performance, specifying improvements, adjusting control systems and ensuring compliance. You’ll also play a key role in investigative issues and generating solutions in order for the business to achieve key goals and targets.

The role of a Mechanical Engineer can vary hugely depending on the environment and location of your department.

You’ll have every opportunity to impact the full maintenance lifecycle of our assets, ensuring our exacting standards of quality, safety, cost and efficiency are achieved, as well as meeting our commitment to being environmentally responsible.

You’ll provide root cause analysis, work with emerging technologies and play a key part in the business achieving its set maintenance management schemes.

Our Civil and Structural departments provide both specialist and mandatory inspection services for all ‘static’ civil and structural installations throughout our sites.

The departments also deliver central and contract ownership and specialist project management across wide ranging engineering disciplines. You can expect to take responsibility for facilitating an engineering service covering all civil /structural activities whilst managing, co-ordinating and supervising contractors under your direction. It’s a role that offers an exciting opportunity to provide a professional Civil/Structural Engineering Service to a diverse range of projects and capital developments.

Within our Project Management departments, we can offer exciting opportunities to manage multiple complex and challenging projects, which vary in terms of capital cost and engineering content.

Typical projects involve design, procurement, installation and commissioning, ensuring the application of the most up to date technological concepts at each stage.

You will be required to plan, sequence and organise all operations associated with capital projects with regards to timing, storage and agreeing plant down times with management.
