Located near Colchester in Essex, the Lanswoodpark Business Centre offers commercial property and high-quality office, work and storage space. Work is still progressing on this development as the expansion work continues. With Phases 1, 2 and 3 completed, the latest Phase 4 Aster House has just completed and a further four phases are planned to follow.

The challenge

The build programme required a very high standard of specification and colour match was an important driver in creating a modern look for the external elevations of this project.

The solution

Over 2,000m² of Tata Steel’s insulated roof and wall panels were used in the construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the development. Around 1,000m² of Trisomet® 120mm panels in Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® pre-finished steel in Goosewing Grey were used on the roof and nearly 1,100m² of Trisomet® 80mm and Trimapanel® micro-rib 90mm panels in Colorcoat Prisma® in Ephyra were used on the wall elevations. The wall elevations were finished off with Anthracite soffits.
