REPORT A COMPLAINT We believe in the principle of safeguarding the environment and respecting the local communities we work in. 0% Report an issue Our Port Talbot site sits at the heart of the community, which sometimes means our neighbours can experience sounds, smells or dust coming from our operations as a result of specific work we are doing. We take our environmental responsibility and relationship with the local community very seriously. Tata Steel has an established way in which we receive, register and respond to complaints. There are three ways to register a complaint with Tata Steel: By phoning the free Community Support Helpline 0800 138 6560 – available 24/7 365 days a year By contacting the regulator, Natural Resources Wales, to make a complaint anonymously By filling out our complaints form Tata Steel’s Environment Team will investigate each complaint, using weather data and other available information. If we need to find out more information to help our investigation, we can also visit you at home. We are investing to improve our environmental performance right across the Port Talbot steelworks.
